(Teens) This 60 minute class provides a safe and nurturing space for teens to notice their breath, move their body, and calm the mind. Each class will include breathwork techniques, intuitive movement, and guided meditation and relaxation. Through practice, students will build strength, flexibility, and balance in both mind and body while also learning how to manage everyday stress, improve concentration, and connect with themselves in an empowering way. No prior experience needed. Please come as you are!
