Main Library Meeting Room

Located on the first floor of the Main Library at 1225 State Street, this meeting room is available for public use on a requested basis during non-program times (please check the Calendar of Events page to avoid requesting a time when the room is unavailable).

The room provides chair seating for a maximum of 26 persons and features board table seating for 14. Ideal for committee meetings and planning sessions, it is equipped with wireless Internet access as well as a television, VCR and DVD, dry-erase board, projection screen, as well as a kitchenette with a sink and small refrigerator. Light refreshments may be brought in and served in this room.

Bob Kirby Branch Meeting Room

The program room at the Bob Kirby Branch, located at 175 Iron Skillet Court (in front of Greenwood High School), is available to the public on a request basis during non-program times (please check the Calendar of Events page to avoid requesting a time when the room is unavailable).

The room can be set up audience style or conference style, using 5 tables with seating for 30. It is equipped with wireless Internet access and, upon request, groups may use the library's CD player, projection screen, or laptop projector.

Smiths Grove Branch Meeting Room

The program room at the Smiths Grove Branch, located at 115 Second Street in Smiths Grove, is available to the public on a request basis during non-program times (please check the Calendar of Events page to avoid requesting a time when the room is unavailable).

The newest of the library's meeting rooms, this room can accommodate a maximum of 30 persons and can be set up conference, using its 4 conference tables, or audience style. It is equipped with wireless Internet access and, upon request, groups may use the library's CD player, projection screen, or laptop projector.
