The Bob Kirby branch opened on March 3, 2008.
Named after Bob Kirby who served on the Bowling Green Public Library Board from
1994 – 1998, the branch offers a lovely setting in which to read, access the internet, attend programs, or do research. Audio-visual media is also available.

To foster an appreciation of art and the talent that abounds in our area, Art at Kirby, along with the Porter Cafe at Main, offers local artists a chance to display their work in prominent and inviting spaces for the enjoyment of WCPL patrons.

The branch offers a unique program room, which can be set up audience style or conference style, using 5 tables with seating for 30. Upon request, groups may use the library's large screen TV with VHS player, CD player, projection screen, laptop projector, or podium.

The Kirby Branch is located at 175 Iron Skillet Court (in front of Greenwood High School).
This branch will serve the southern Warren County area.
