Donate in a loved one's memory Our Memorial Form, available at all locations and also here in PDF form, enables you to donate money that will be used to purchase an item for the collection. A memorial book plate will be placed inside the front cover of the item. While you may not be able to select exact titles for memorial items, you can give suggestions for general subjects or areas of interest. |
