Purchase Request Form

The purpose of this form is to allow library patrons to suggest titles to be added to the library collection. This service is not for ordering titles for anyone's personal collection, nor is it a substitute for placing hold requests through the library's Online Catalog.

The purchase request form is also available at all WCPL locations and here in PDF. Download the form and drop it off at any location or mail it to Warren County Public Library, 1225 State Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101, attn: Collection Development. Please limit the number of your requests to 4 a month.

Book titles not in the Library's collection may also be requested through Interlibrary Loan. For more information about Interlibrary Loan, please see the Library Services page or inquire at any WCPL location.
